FREIGHT COSTS: Australia is a big country and freight unfortunately is an increasingly expensive part of any transaction - for you and for us. we will make every effort to find the most cost effective way of getting your green house goodies to you.

PLEASE NOTE : re larger BOXED, BULKY or when buying MULTIPLE QUANTITIES. For MORE than one box sent to the same address the order MAY BE SUBJECT to australia posts CUBIC charges so you need to contact us for a FINAL FREIGHT CHARGE regardless of what the checkout says. sorry - we know its annoying but there is nothing we can do about it.

PLEASE NOTE: there is NO FREIGHT for INSTORE PICKUPS - no matter from where you order - good if you have friends or family living in the local area.

PACKAGING: we use 99% pre-used packaging materials so even if your treasures are bubble wrapped rest assured its being re-used at least one more time.

PLEASE NOTE: some large and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. if this occurs we will contact you with the amount immediately and before processing your order. you may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.

HANDLING: there is a basic $2.00 handling fee per order.

FREIGHT OPTIONS: you may select Express Post. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days provided the order is received before the 4pm EST closing off time. Express Post guarantees next day delivery to most areas, however this service is not available to remote areas. an extra fee is payable to Express Post usually depending on the size of the shipment. please advise if you do agree to the extra fee should you choose this option. if you do require an urgent delivery please contact us directly and we will always do our best to help you

INSURANCE: all purchases from the green house environment shop are subject to a shipment contract. this means that once the green house environment shop delivers your goods to Australia Post , all risk of loss or damage for all products passes to you the purchaser. If you require insurance please contact us to arrange this.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIME: we will dispatch your order within 1-2 business days providing the order is received before 4pm EST and the item is in stock. Normal delivery from Australia Post is 3-5 days but quite often overnight to capital cities.

DELIVERY DELAYS: unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. you may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES: please DO NOT return ANY goods without contacting us FIRST. we will NOT ACCEPT COD packages. delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error.
