refund & return policy
we do all that is humanly possible to make sure that the gifts we present and sell or send are sound and without fault. however, if you are not satisfied with a product once you receive it please call us at once to arrange for a return for exchange or refund. should you believe the product is faulty please contact us immediately so we can discuss the best course of action. please do not return the product without contacting us first.

IMPORTANT: Please do not send any returns without contacting us first either by phone or through the website.

if, after you contact us, you wish to return the item you are welcome to return it to us within 7 days, unused and in a saleable condition with the original packaging, and we will refund your money (the buyer pays for all shipping costs). please include a copy of your original invoice.

PLEASE NOTE: we do not accept COD packages.

PLEASE NOTE: postage and handling costs of returned products is not refundable except for goods proven to be faulty.

FAULTY PRODUCTS: make sure you contact us immediately if you consider a product faulty so we can arrange for refund or replacement. where a product is proven to be faulty, we will replace it with no charge for the extra postage and handling or we can do a refund or exchange or credit note. please include a copy of your original invoice.

PLEASE NOTE: our return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package as we cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in the post. if exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference plus postage and handling.

EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNABLE GOODS: some sale products are not returnable unless faulty. in this case this will be stated with the product purchase information on the web page. this type of sale is considered final.
